Mission Country Club inverts the traditional notion of a country club. There’s no dress code, no pretension and no exclusivity. Our club is one where everyone is welcome and we strive to make everyone feel at home.
Originally founded by a group of burners from the Mission district of San Francisco, Mission Country Club from its beginning has been about bringing the diverse cultural influences of the Bay Area to Burning Man.
Mission Country Club has been a Burning Man theme camp since 2007. The camp consists of friends and family from the San Francisco Bay Area, Santa Cruz, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Boston, New York, Ireland, England, and Belgium. 2024 will be our 17th year on the playa.
We are home to Flannagan’s Pub, Sangria Soundclash, the BRC Hip Hop Ball, and other offerings that bring a taste of San Francisco’s Bay Area to Black Rock City.
